You’ve likely already noticed our new company name, Modern Storage Media, or MSM for short, and the magazine’s abridged title, Messenger—both of which align with our renewed emphasis on delivering timely, relevant, and expanded content aimed at enabling you to improve operations at your self-storage facilities.

Between the covers you’ll find a completely fresh design, from our brand-new masthead and font to a restructured layout and enriched editorial focus. Starting with this introductory issue, Messenger presents four classifications for departmentalizing its informative articles: operations, data, development, and investment. Through these pillars, we can curate the best content for you, our valued readers. Messenger’s also printed on a higher-grade paper and perfect bound for your reading pleasure.

As you will see, we have made some other significant changes as well, such as removing two portions of Messenger News and the classified ads section.
